All right. Welcome to this lesson on how to access your weekly coaching. So as a member of the program, for 90 days, you get access to one-on-one coaching with me and Richard Petrie. Me, Enoch Sears and/or Richard Petrie. Now, the one-on-one coaching happens during specific times during the week and these times are currently Tuesdays at 2:00 PM Pacific US and Thursday at 9:00 AM Pacific US. And this is a group conference call but if you have a question, hop on that call, we'll unmute your line and we'll give you one-on-one coaching right there on the spot. So that's how the coaching works, now I'm going to show you how to access the coaching so you make sure you know how to log on to that link. So on this webpage that you're looking at right now, if you scroll down, you'll see there's a link here under resources, calendar link. So what you need to do here, you can use this as a general calendar link. You can basically add this calendar to whatever digital calendar service you use. So I'm just going to show you how you would do this for a Google Calendar, which I use. So I'm just going to select this here and I'm going right click on it and say, "copy link address", and so I'm going to copy that and I'm going to come up here to my calendar. And you can see this is my Google Calendar right here that we're looking at. So what I'm going to do is, in Google, I'm going to click up here on the left-hand side. Now, this UI might change over time but generally, the procedure's going to be the same. So you're going to add another calendar and you're going say, "from a URL" and then here you just basically paste in this and you just click, "add calendar". And it gave me a little message that says my calendar's added, so I'm going to go back to the other page and now I can see that it's added these recurring events. Now, the nice thing about adding the calendar as opposed to just creating these events yourself is if we modify this calendar ... Perhaps I'm on vacation and so we don't do the Thursday call, which I normally run, then that will appear on your calendar as well. So that's the advantage of adding it through the calendar link that I just showed you following that process. Now, for other calendar services, you can just google, "How to add a calendar?" The process's going to be the same. You're going to use the exact same link that we went over that's right down here in the resources. Now, in terms of how to log on to the actual coaching call, the way that works is you should've gotten an email that looks like this. So it should be from Eric Bobrow and it says, "AMI Q&A Call Login Information", something of that sort. Click on it. It will probably be from Eric Bobrow and then the actual web address should be customercare@gotowebinar.com. And then you can see here, it says how to join the webinar and it will have a link here to join the webinar at the specified time. Now, here, our calendar event right here. Some people have had problems adding these, using this link to add it to their calendar, so I wouldn't recommend using those. You can try it. If it doesn't work then, obviously, don't use that. So the option that we recommend, of course, is to add it like I just showed, using this link right here or you can just create the calendar event yourself. Just make them recurring events because now you know that the coaching happens every Tuesday at 2:00 PM Pacific US and every Thursday at 9:00 AM Pacific US. If you're not based in the US, just remember to double check daylight savings time and make sure that our times are still aligned up. So that's it for now. These coaching calls are very, very valuable. This is where you're going to get feedback on any materials that you've created, any questions you have about the training, basically anything dealing with the marketing side or the selling side, or the promotional side, or anything in the program. That's where Richard and I will give you coaching. We can help you with mindset. We can help your troubleshoot proposal. We can give you some feedback on a proposal that you're submitting. Anything like that is all fair game for that. So what you want to do, send in your question ahead of time so you can be first in line, is send the email to support@archmarketing.org for the coaching call and we'll be sure to handle that on the call. You can also ask your questions live. Like I said, we'll unmute your line and we'll be able to talk just like we're talking on any other webinar, we'll be able to connect that way. You just need to either dial into that, have the ability to dial in via phone, which you'll see the information in the email about the phone number and the access code, or you can just ... If you have a webcam with the microphone, you can just use that option there as well. So your homework from this video is to put the coaching call times on your calendar as recurring events, as reminders, and make sure you attend all of the calls that you can. They are recorded and they're posted in the member area. You'll find the link up here. Under training, you'll see the call recordings up here, in case you missed them. So be sure to join us on the next call and put those call times on your calendar. I'll see you in the next video. |
