All right. Enoch Sears here, and in this video, you'll discover the marketing system that you'll be setting up over the next 90 days or so. Now, some clients of ours actually set this up in less than a week, so it really is up to you how quickly you go through the Sunshine Island Express training.
So this right here, this flow chart, you can find this on this page under the resources. Download it as a PDF and print it out, if you'd like, but this shows how to set up an effective marketing system for a design firm that qualifies your clients and that acts in such way that you can get a consistent flow of the kind of project leads that you'd like to have for your firm. So it's basically divided up: You, see these are the objectives. These are some of the strategies you'll be going over in the course. Fishing Spots are the places, the promotional activities that you'll be using later on in the program, so at the very end of this program, after you go through all of the training modules that you have available to you right now, you will get access to our Promotional Toolbox.
Now, you're not going to get access to that Promotional Toolbox until you set up your four automated offers, and those are two Monkey's Fists, and we'll explain later what a Monkey's Fist is, if you don't already know; the Ask the Expert Call; and the Low Commitment Consultation. These are all predesign offers. The Monkey's Fist is an educational offer that offers some sort of educational information for your potential clients in exchange for their contact details. The Ask the Expert Call is a quick qualification call that you're going to use to sell them into a low-commitment consultation using the process that we've developed. Now, if any one of these steps, they decide not to move ahead, they're going to go over here into the followup, and then later on, they're going to go into longer-term followup, which is the Circle of Love. You'll discover more about that later, and then, of course, all roads lead to the Design Contract.
One of the main focuses of the program is to get these predesign offers set up. Now, this is really the key that differentiates your marketing and the success you're going to have in your firm from all the other things that architects or firms out there are doing, which is just going around saying, "Hey, we're a great firm. Hire us." This is the secret sauce that our clients are using to get so much fantastic success so quickly. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to show you. Actually, we've created some templates to allow you to get these set up in a matter of days, if you so choose, and so I'm going to run you through the four automated offers that we're prepared to set up for you. We've basically structured it so that it's a very systematic process. We just need to get a bit of information from you, and I'll show you right now kind of an overview of how that works.
First of all, let's take look at the Ask the Expert automated offer. Now, what is the Ask the Expert call? There's a later module that's going to go into exactly what the Ask the Expert is, the theory, and everything behind that, but for right now, I'm going to show you the automated page, or funnel; this is one of the words we use, a funnel, to allow someone to book a call with you. So this is an example of a webpage that offers what we call an Ask the Expert call. It's just offering a phone call with this architect, and you can see here that there's some verbiage here talking about selling the value of this particular call. There's a button here that allows someone that can click on this, and they can instantly request it. They can apply for it. You can see here that there's some logo, some credibility logos, some pictures of this particular architect's work, and then there's a space for testimonials, and then lastly down here at the very bottom, we have the Final Call to Action.
Now, this is very similar to the page we're going to set up for you. We actually have this whole thing templated out, so we can just stick your information in here. We're going to be revealing details about how to get this set up later on in the program, but I just wanted to show you just an overview of the marketing system that you can look forward to having set up for your firm within the next week or a little bit longer than that. So, this is what we call the Ask the Expert funnel. This is also referred to as an Appointment Robot, or an Offer. The reason why we call it an Appointment Robot is because on the second page, after they submit their contact details, they're going to be taken to this page where they're able to book a time directly onto a calendar that we're going to help you set up.
After they choose their time, they're going to fill out a short application so you can qualify them, so you know you're not talking with tire kickers; you're speaking with people who are really qualified. Then at the very end, they're going to submit that information to you, and you'll have the ability to see if you want to speak to them on the phone, and this is just the very last page that they would see, so that is the Ask the Expert automated offer.
Now, the next automated offer I'm going to talk about is one of our Monkey's Fist offers. We actually have two Monkey's Fist offers that we're going to help you set up. The first one is the Project Planning Pack, and that's what this one look like here. Someone can request their Project Planning Pack. Now, obviously, the verbiage here talks about residential design, but this is also going to work if you're doing any other kind of architecture, including landscape architecture, interior design, commercial, or business architecture. We will have instructions later about information we need from you to be able to modify this to work perfectly for your firm. So that's the first Monkey's Fist.
The second Monkey's Fist automated offer is this Dream Team Directory webpage. Once again, someone can download this Dream Team Directory that we're going to help you put together. You can see once again it follows the same process. They're going to go ahead and input their information and get access to this, and then lastly in the marketing system, we're giving you an automated offer, an automated Low Commitment Consultation offer, which is LCC; you'll learn more about that later, but this is just what that webpage looks like right here. This is called the Low Commitment Consultation automated offer. Once again, you can send someone to this page, and this page basically does the job of selling your low commitment consultation.
So that's basically it. We just did an overview of the marketing system. I showed the automated offers. Once again, just to summarize, the automated offers are webpages that we're going to set up for you, or you can set them up on your own. We have instructions for that as well. But these automate a lot of the process of marketing your firm and collecting leads. More on that later on in the program, but that's going to be a huge time-saver for you, very, very valuable, and you get that being a part of the program. You don't have to pay for copywriters or web designers. All of this is included. We're going to set it up for you. It's exciting.
