The Niche Navigator is made up of two parts:
- Niche Selection
- Avatar Analysis
In the Niche Selection process, you may review different niche market options by listing and analyzing a few of your top 20% projects OR you can go directly into descriptions of each proposed niche. You'll be asked a series of questions to review or assess various criteria that determine an overall score for how desirable and how achievable the niche will be for you and your firm. This will help you to determine which niche you want to work on at the moment.
In the Avatar Analysis, you'll go through a series of questions to better define the "avatar" or profile of your ideal clients in this niche. This will include their current situation (including financial status as well as needs or pain points) as well as goals (what they are trying to achieve, create or accomplish). By having clarity on your niche avatar, you'll find it much easier to create marketing materials and messages that hit the mark, resonating with these ideal clients and attracting them to you.
